The customer had a direct account with one of the networks and found it very difficult to speak to their account manager. Even the most basic of changes were extremely difficult to make. The customer was paying very high bills which appeared difficult to monitor effectively across their workforce. They were not feeling the benefit of their business mobiles effectively enough within the business.
How we solved it?
… We gave our customer a genuinely effective account manager. We set alerts for the customer if an individual overspends or uses excessive data abroad.
The customer also benefits from a reduction of admin time as for example they no longer deal with long winded applications, we send pre-filled applications to our customer. Long wait times are a thing of the past.
The customer now has a fast, responsive managed service. The customer is delighted to have full control and has consequently saved thousands of pounds.
