Call Recording – What has changed?

The new call recording portal is now available! We have been eagerly awaiting this announcement for months it seems.

Why is this good news? There are actually many reasons why you might want to be able to prove who said what and the great news is that this is suddenly so much easier to do than it was previously.

Charges for cloud storage have gone. You simply pay a fee per user dependant upon the length of time you wish to store the calls.

What is new?

  • Calls can be played back straight from the portal – no more downloads needed.
  • Users can pause and resume recording straight from their own handset.
  • Internal calls are now recorded.
  • Run reports
  • There are now multiple user rights
