What to do if your mobile phone or tablet is stolen or damaged?

In the event of theft within 24 hours of discovering the incident, notify The network you are connected to Vodafone: 0808 0996776; O2: 0800 9777337; EE: 0795 396 6250

Contact the appropriate local Police authorities and obtain an incident number.

Within 48 hours of discovering the incident contact the Administrator on 0345 370 5000, who will forward a claim form for completion, which must be completed as soon as is reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days of notifying the claim.

Once the claim form is received the Administrator assesses the claim and authorises replacement equipment if approved. Once approved an excess payment of £50 (for handsets with a value of less than £300 excluding iPhones) or £75 (for handsets  between £300 – £750 excluding iPhones) or £100 for handsets less than £999 excluding iPhones or £100 for any iPhone.

Simply contact your personal account manager at Comms Connect and they will step you through the set up. It would be useful to have your IMEI number, your mobile number and direct debit details to hand to enable us to complete the process.
