Mobile Phone & Tablet Cover

Mobile phones and tablets are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for 12 months which covers faults. Additionally with Sentinel Aftercare, we offer the following cover against:

  • Theft
  • Loss
  • Accidental Damage (Including liquid damage)
  • Mechanical Breakdown (Outside of manufacturer’s warranty period)
  • 90 days Worldwide Cover

£6.99 per month

  • For mobile phones and tablets Up to the value of £300
  • Excess fee: £75.00

£8.99 per month

  • For mobile phones and tablets Up to the value of £750*
  • Excess fee: £75.00

What to do if your mobile phone or tablet is stolen or damaged?

In the event of theft within 24 hours of discovering the incident, notify The network you are connected to Vodafone: 0808 0996776; O2: 0800 9777337; EE: 0795 396 6250

Contact the appropriate local Police authorities and obtain an incident number.

Within 48 hours of discovering the incident contact the Administrator on 0345 370 5000, who will forward a claim form for completion, which must be completed as soon as is reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days of notifying the claim.

Once complete please email the claims form to:

sentinelaftercare@commsconnect.co.uk

Once the claim form is received the Administrator assesses the claim and authorise replacement equipment if approved. Once approved an excess payment of £50 (for handsets less than £250) or £75 (for handsets between £250 – £750) will be taken via the card details supplied previously.

If I want to take this Insurance out?

Simply contact your personal account manager at Comms Connect and they will step you through the set up. It would be useful to have your IMEI number, your mobile number and direct debit details to hand to enable us to complete the process.
